LINGWO AC-1916 Acrylic structural adhesive is a two-components, low odour, no pungent odor of traditional acrylic adhesives during using.medium viscosity, the operation time is 5-8 minutes, the two components are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1,15 minutes of bonding and positioning, 1 hour to reach the applicable strength; after full curing, a tough coating is formed, which has good adhesion to most materials, is impact-resistant, aging-resistant, low-emission, environmentally friendly, and complies with EU ROHS regulations.

Typically application

Two-component acrylic adhesive is suitable for bonding rigid materials such as metal, glass, ceramics, etc. It is also suitable for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of most hard plastics, rubber and resin-based composite materials; it is suitable for bonding electroacoustic, audio-visual equipment, home appliances, decorative materials, etc.

Direction for use

1. Clean the two surfaces to be bonded, remove oil, rust and floating dust, and dry them.

2. The line speed and glue output should ensure gap filling; bonding and positioning must be completed within the applicable time; maintain appropriate pressing and clamping time until the bonding is reliable.

3. Wipe off the overflowed glue with a non-woven cloth dipped in a small amount of solvent.

4. If faster bonding and positioning are required, the bonded parts can be hot pressed after applying the glue. Please set the hot pressing temperature and time according to the substrate material.
