Precision Mold Components (Die Plates), also known as die holders, are the core component of stamping dies, precisely aligning with the punch of the upper die. Metal stamping products, such as punching dies, drawing dies, metal stamping dies, and bending dies, all rely on die plates.

These mold parts possess high precision and stability, and must withstand the impact of the punch and the intense friction of the material, resulting in extremely high surface hardness and wear resistance.

Product Manufacturing: High-quality mold steel is selected and initially formed using milling machines, planers, and other equipment. After heat treatment, holes of any complex shape are precisely machined using wire-cut EDM. A surface grinder is used to precisely machine the upper and lower surfaces of the die plate, ensuring extremely high parallelism and smoothness. Finally, surface treatment is applied. After inspection by the quality department using a measuring machine, the parts are sprayed with anti-rust oil and packaged for shipment.
