Product Features

Physical properties, the molecular weight of UHMWPE is usually above 1.5 million, with excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and good low temperature resistance. These properties enable UHMWPE to maintain good mechanical properties and stability even under extreme conditions.
Chemical resistance, UHMWPE has excellent chemical resistance and can resist a variety of corrosive media, such as acids, alkalis, salts and so on. At the same time, it also has good resistance to environmental stress cracking, with a stress cracking resistance time of up to 4000 hours, showing its excellent durability.
Abrasion resistance, UHMWPE has excellent abrasion resistance, its abrasion resistance is 3 to 7 times that of carbon steel and stainless steel.
Impact resistance, its impact strength is very high, the impact strength at room temperature is comparable with polycarbonate, while the impact strength at low temperature even exceeds that of polycarbonate. These characteristics make UHMWPE an ideal material for impact resistance.
