Rhombic Roller Coating is an advanced technology that enhances the performance of a conveyor system by covering the outer surface of the roller with a rhombic rubber sheet. This process not only effectively resists wear and tear of the drum, but also significantly extends its service life. The skillful use of rhombic and herringbone patterns enhances the friction of the rubber sheet, effectively suppressing the sliding friction between the pulley and the belt, reducing the belt slipping phenomenon, and thus enhancing the overall operating efficiency.

Product Advantages

Behind the rhombic rubber sheet, a special semi-sulfurized CN layer is used, which, through specific treatment, forms a strong cold sulfur chemical reaction with the adhesive when bonding with the pulley and ensures extremely high adhesive strength.
The rubberized drum is protected from wear and tear.
The grooves in the rubber sheet allow for the smooth drainage of waste water and mud, preventing clogging.
The well-designed molded rhombic blocks on the rubber sheet ensure the smooth gliding of the material on the surface of the drum and avoid the risk of the drum running out of alignment.
