SKYSIL SS-630L SILICON DIOXIDE POWDER

SS-630L is a high-performance organic modified silica matting agent designed for high-end ink systems. Its core particle size range(D50:

5.5-6.5μm) is precisely benchmarked against the EVONIK OK412 standard. Combined with innovative organic surface treatment technology,

it achieves seamless replacement of imported products. This product optimizes particle morphology and surface activity, while ensuring excellent

matting performance, significantly improving the dispersion efficiency and storage stability of the ink system, helping customers reduce overall

costs and shorten production cycles.

- Double benchmarking of particle size and surface treatment

• Precise particle size control: Using fluid dynamic classification technology, the particle size distribution (D50: 5.5-6.5μm, D90＜8.5μm) is highly

consistent with OK412 (deviation <±3%), ensuring uniformity and delicate touch of the ink coating;

• Deep modification of organosilane: Through the long-chain alkyl silane grafting process, the surface hydroxyl blocking rate is ＞92%, significantly

reducing the particle polarity, and improving the compatibility with polyurethane, epoxy resin and other systems by 30%.

- Industrial adaptation upgrade

• 8-second instant dissolving technology: pre-activation treatment shortens the dispersion time of the product in ketone and ester solvents to within

8 seconds, and improves production efficiency by 40%;

• Zero sedimentation design: the organic modified layer and hydrophobic treatment work together, the ink is stored for 200 days without hard precipitation,

and the fluidity retention rate is >99%;

• Drying synergy: the open pore structure accelerates the release of solvents, and the UV curing process can shorten the drying time by 25%-35%.

- Application areas

• Import substitution solution: the performance is fully comparable to OK412, and it is suitable for offset printing, gravure printing and UV curing

ink systems;

• Film and special substrate printing: achieve an ultra-low gloss effect of <10 GU on surfaces such as PET and synthetic paper, and improve scratch

resistance by 18%.
