Mixing System

The mixing system of HZS75 mixing plant is composed of motor, belt conveyor, reducer, mixing drum, mixing device, driving system, oil supply system, etc. The mixer adopts JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer, which is suitable for various types of concrete with aggregate particle size ≤100mm.

Batching System

It is PLD2400 batching machine which consists of the feeding system and weighing system. It can batch 4 kinds of aggregates.

Storage System

Powder material supply system is composed of a cement silo and a screw conveyor. The cement is directly transported by the screw conveyor from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper.

Pneumatic System

The air source is supplied by the  air compressor, and after filtered by the reflector, the oiled air enters each hose through the air separator. The air supply  to aggregate feeding, mixer discharging, cement discharging and arch breaking, additive mixing and so on.

Control System

The electrical control system of the HZS75 is mainly composed of  the strong current control with the control desk and AC contactor as the core. The entire system is installed in the control room. It can complete the whole production process of batching, lifting, mixing and discharging by automatic and manual mode.
