The product is an important raw material for polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is formed by the macro-monomer copolymerize with acrylic acid. The hydrophilic group in the synthesized copolymer(PCE) can improve the hydrophily the dispersibility of the copolymer in water. The synthesized copolymer( PCE) has good dispersibility, high water reducing rate, good slump retention, good enhancing effect and duribility, also is environmentally friendly and widely used in premix and cast-in concrete.

1. The product is well soluble in water and presents good aispersion to cement and other powder materials.Moreover,as a  water reducing agent it can save tne amount or cement with a water reducing rate of over 30%.It can improve mortar strength.It is positioned to reduce water and improve strength without influencing concrete performance.

2. With water reducing agent added, the surtace ot cement particles forms an absorption film, which influences the cement hvdration, promotes the growth ot cement stone crystals,reduces the capillary void of water evaporation, and makes network structure denser and compact. lhus, the hardness and structural compactness of cement mortar are improved. The water reducing agent can disperse cement particles, improve cement workability and reduce water consumption, which further enhances cement compactness, hardness and fluidity.

3. While remaining raw materials proportion,water reducing agent can so greatly improve the concrete fluidity and plasticity that the concrete.
