Application of common-mode inductors

How to choose a common-mode inductor?

When choosing a common-mode inductor, we need to consider multiple factors, including inductance value, core material, number of winding turns, and wire diameter. The design of the common-mode inductor needs to ensure that the core will not be saturated under normal working conditions, that it has a sufficiently large impedance to high-frequency interference signals, and that it has a minimum impedance to the signal current at the operating frequency. In addition, the temperature coefficient of the inductor should be small, the distributed capacitance should be small, the DC resistance should be as small as possible, the inductive inductance should be as large as possible, and the inductance value should be stable.
