The corrugating roller groups are automatically fed and withdrawn by hydraulic drive, allowing for quick replacement of various flute types. Pressure control is used instead of traditional gap adjustment structure, so no adjustment is needed after roller replacement, saving more time and simplifying the mechanical structure to improve the equipment's maintainability. An electric roller changing trolley is provided. An optional roller changing platform can also be installed on the driving side for more convenient and quick flute type switching.
