Ring common mode inductance

Ring common mode inductance is a special kind of inductance, which is widely used in the power circuit of wireless communication and electronic equipment. Annular common mode inductors can achieve a high inductance value while being small in size and low in cost, so they are favored by many engineers.

A toroidal common mode inductor consists of a metal toroidal winding and a magnetic core containing a magnetic material.

The winding is encapsulated on a magnetic core, and there is a certain interface between the two that allows them to interact in the air. In a ring common mode inductor, the winding uses a ring winding, so it is also called a ring common mode inductor.

Because of its unique structure, ring-type common mode inductors can overcome the problems existing in traditional inductors, such as large volume, heavy mass, large power loss and short life.

In addition, it also has good electromagnetic compatibility, can be used in different environments, not easily affected by external electromagnetic noise.
