The frequency is 50Hz/60Hz (auto detection), and the frequency range is 47±0.3Hz - 55±0.3Hz (50Hz) and 57±0.3Hz - 65±0.3Hz (60Hz). Overload/short circuit protection is provided by a circuit breaker. The efficiency is >95%, and the conversion time (bypass and inverter) is 10ms (typical). AC reverse protection is available, and the maximum bypass phase overload current is 2pole, 63A/63A(L1/L2).
Inverter Mode
- Output Voltage Waveform: Pure sine wave.
- Rated Output Power (VA): For HPL48100 - 500P and HPL48100 - 500, the split-phase rated output power is 10000VA, and the single-phase rated output power is 7600VA (limited by the wiring terminals). For HPL48120 - 500P and HPL48120 - 500, the split-phase rated output power is 12000VA, and the single-phase rated output power is 7600VA (limited by the wiring terminals).
- Rated Output Power (W): Similar to the VA ratings, with the same limitations for single-phase output. The power factor is 1. The rated output voltage is 120Vac (L1/N, L2/N)/240Vac(L1/L2), and the output voltage error is ±5%. The output frequency range is 50Hz±0.3Hz/60Hz±0.3Hz. The maximum efficiency is >91%. Overload protection is provided with different timeouts depending on the load percentage. The peak power for split-phase is 15000VA for HPL48100 models and 18000VA for HPL48120 models, and the same for single-phase. The loaded motor capability is 5HP for HPL48100 models and 6HP for HPL48120 models. Output short circuit protection can protect after continuous short circuit for 1 second. The bypass circuit breaker phase specification is 2pole, 63A/63A(L1/L2).
Battery-related
- Rated Battery Input Voltage: 51.2V (minimum starting voltage 44V). The battery voltage range is 40.0Vdc - 58.6Vdc±0.6Vdc, and settings such as under-voltage alarm, shutdown voltage, over-voltage alarm, and over-voltage recovery can be configured on the LCD screen.
- Power Saving Mode Self-Consumption: When the load is ≤25W, the inverter enters power-saving mode.
- AC Charging: Supports AC charging for lead acid or lithium batteries. The maximum charge current (which can be set) is 120A, and the charge current error is ±5Adc. The charge voltage range is 40 - 58.6Vdc. Short circuit protection is provided by a circuit breaker and blown fuse, and the circuit breaker phase specifications are 2pole, 63A/63A(L1/L2).
