I. Product Overview

ABS Sheet (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer sheet) is one of the most widely produced and applied engineering plastic sheets globally. Its core advantages stem from the synergistic effect of three monomers: acrylonitrile provides rigidity and corrosion resistance, butadiene imparts excellent toughness and impact resistance, and styrene ensures superior moldability and surface smoothness. As a thermoplastic material that perfectly balances the three key properties of "hardness, toughness, and rigidity,". It not only possesses the mechanical strength of engineering plastics but also retains the processing flexibility of ordinary plastics, making it an optimal alternative to traditional materials and widely used in industrial manufacturing, daily life, creative design, and other fields.

II. Product Performance

Superior Impact Resistance: Adopting high-molecular polymerization technology, the sheet has excellent toughness. It can withstand heavy object impacts, snow and wind loads as well as accidental impacts. When broken, it produces no sharp fragments, and its safety is far superior to that of glass. It is suitable for scenarios with high protection requirements.

Excellent Light Transmittance and Optical Stability: The light transmittance can reach 85%-90% (close to that of glass), and the light passing through is soft and uniform without glare. After the surface is treated with a UV coating, it can effectively block more than 99% of ultraviolet rays. It will not turn yellow or age after long-term use, maintaining stable light transmittance performance.

Lightweight, High-Strength and Easy to Install: With a density of only 1.2g/cm3, which can significantly reduce the load-bearing burden of buildings. The sheet can be cut according to needs, featuring convenient installation without the need for heavy equipment, thus achieving high construction efficiency.

Weather Resistance and Corrosion Resistance: It can withstand extreme temperature environments ranging from -40℃ to 120℃, without brittleness or deformation under alternating high and low temperatures. It has good resistance to chemical substances such as acids, alkalis and salts, and can be used for a long time in outdoor and industrial corrosive environments.

Thermal Insulation and Energy Efficiency: Polycarbonate sheets have excellent thermal insulation effects and low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce heat transfer between indoor and outdoor spaces, lower the energy consumption of air conditioners and heating systems, and meet the standards of green and energy-saving buildings.

Eco-Friendly and Recyclable: The sheet is odorless and non-toxic, complying with environmental standards such as RoHS. It can be recycled and reused after being scrapped, reducing environmental pressure.

III. Main Application Fields

With advantages of impact resistance, light transmittance and weather resistance, PC Sheet widely replaces traditional sheets. Its core applications are as follows:​

(I). Construction Field​

Core Scenarios: Skylights, glass curtain walls, sunshades, canopies, corridor ceilings, canopies at subway entrances and exits​

Adaptive Advantages: High light transmittance (85%-90%) for energy saving; weight is only 1/2 of glass to reduce load-bearing; no sharp fragments when broken, ensuring higher safety.​

(II). Agricultural Field​

Core Scenarios: Greenhouses (for vegetables/flowers/seedling cultivation), lighting for breeding sheds, ceilings of ecological restaurants​

Adaptive Advantages: UV coating blocks 99% of ultraviolet rays to protect crops; hollow structure maintains heat preservation and stabilizes temperature difference; transparency enhances dining experience.​

IV. Standard Sizes, thickness and Colors

(I) PC Sheet

Thickness: 3–300mm

Dimensions: 1000x2000mm, 1220x2440mm

Customization: Custom dimensions are available upon request, but a minimum order quantity (MOQ) must be met. The typical MOQ is 3000KGS (negotiable in specific cases).

(II) PC Rod

Diameter：20-400mm

Length： 1000mm 

(III) Colors

Standard colors: Transparent, Black

Custom colors: RAL color matching is supported (MOQ for custom colors negotiable)

VI. Others

Delivery Time: 7 days for in-stock products; approximately 15 days for out-of-stock products (the specific delivery time will be provided after consultation with the production department based on the order quantity).

Payment Terms: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), or payment link drafted on the Alibaba platform.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): No MOQ requirement for standard sizes.

Packaging: Pallet packaging will be used for large quantities; waterproof kraft paper packaging will be used for small quantities.
