Snow Blower demonstration

The snow removal machine, a winter essential, transforms into a versatile tool combining the precision of a twisting dragon snow lifting machine with the power of a snow plow truck, effectively throwing snow to clear paths, ensuring safe and accessible routes during harsh winter conditions.

1. The snow-throwing device comes in two types and is equipped with snow-throwing/loading cylinders. It can be matched with 50 series (5-tonne class) loaders, which have a loader attachment mechanism that can be quickly interchanged with the loader bucket.

2. The two-stage model features a spiral cut snow conveyor as the first stage and a turbine blade snow thrower as the second. The three-stage fixed-point snow thrower/loader is compact and straightforward. It includes a hydraulic 270° rotation capability, with an outlet angle of at least 270°, and hydraulic adjustment for lifting, reaching a maximum height of 3.8 meters.

3. It is equipped with a cold start device, a rain guard for the parking system, automatic alarms for low fluid levels and high temperatures in the cooling system, a dry air filter with a movable door and indicator, and a muffler for the exhaust air.

4. The snail-shaped snow thrower can be swiveled left or right at an angle of ±45°, with adjustments controlled from the cab.

5. Inside the cab, there is a working instrument display panel, a control operating handle, and an independent hydraulic system, enabling all operations to be performed from within the cab.

6. Equipped with a screw snow cutter safety pin, the lower part of the snow thrower includes two end skids, two front adjustable skids, and two rear adjustable skids. The speed reduction, transmission mechanism, and gearbox are all oil-immersed for better performance.

7. The engine is equipped with a tachometer, fuel level indicators for high and low, and various safety, alarm, and fault reminder systems.

8. It can be used with trucks equipped with snow shovels.
