Standard micro-dispensing equipment is specifically designed for producing various soft rubber clothing labels, bag labels, soft rubber ornaments, doll figurines, keychains, stationery decorations, electronic decorations, and other solid small 2D or 3D soft rubber, silicone, rubber, and PVC pendants and double-sided figurines. It is equipped with a high-temperature industrial oven and a hot-pressing, cold-pressing, and clamping mold machine to complete the entire production line.

If you are using a multi-color liquid PVC dispensing production line, it is ideal for producing small solid 3D soft PVC doll pendants and keychains:

Double-sided 3D keychains: Multi-color liquid PVC is injected into two matching 3D mold halves (front and back) using an automatic dispensing machine (automatic drip molding machine). After baking, they are bonded together using pressure by a mold clamping machine.

This PVC 3D production line is suitable for:

3D embossed/debossed figurines: Small cartoon characters with raised 3D features, intricate clothing layers, and multi-color patterns.

Mini blind box pendants: Solid PVC figurines typically less than 8-10 cm in height.

Doll Structure: Solid, layered, or two-piece construction; seamless, lightweight hollow shell.

Maximum Doll Size: Small (less than 10 cm/4 inches); Medium to Large (10 cm – 50 cm and above)

Main Products: 3D keychain dolls, shoe ornaments, 3D tags; designer vinyl art toys, posable figures, baby dolls

Coloring Method: Multi-colored liquids are directly injected into the mold using a multi-color, multi-head automatic dispensing machine; a single-color base is cast, then hot-pressed and cold-pressed for setting. Integrating hot pressing (curing) and cold pressing in two stations allows for seamless connection of the two halves of the 3D mold.

Seamless Parting Line: Manual clamping of 3D molds leaves uneven seams and flash. Pneumatic/hydraulic clamping applies uniform pressure to all corners of the mold.

Eliminating Air Gaps: Dual hot and cold pressing cycles expel residual air while bonding the front and rear mold pieces.

High production efficiency: The dual-platform design enables continuous cyclic operation (heating one mold while cooling the other).

3D PVC Doll Making Operation Steps:

1. Prepare materials: PVC quick-dissolving adhesive, also known as PVC solution, is a liquid mixture of PVC powder and DOP plasticizer. Adding different color pastes and powders allows for the creation of exquisite and colorful products.

2. Base dispensing and pre-baking: Multi-colored liquid PVC is injected into the upper and lower cavities of the 3D aluminum or copper mold using an automatic dispensing machine (automatic drip molding machine).

3. Pre-baking in a PVC oven allows the liquid details to solidify into a solid layer.

4. Mold closing and hot pressing: Hot pressing station. The upper and lower halves of the mold are closed, with the core filled with liquid PVC. Under pressure (180℃-220℃), it is placed in the hot pressing station of the mold closing machine, allowing the two halves to fuse seamlessly. Immediate cold pressing: Cold station. The clamped mold is directly transferred to the cold station platform. While water cooling is applied, air pressure is used for pressing to lock in the three-dimensional dimensions and prevent material shrinkage or seam deformation.

5. Demolding: The final step. The machine releases the air pressure, opens the mold clamps, and removes the completely seamless three-dimensional soft PVC doll or figure.
