What is Green Tea Matcha Powder？

[Product Introduction]

Matcha, also called matcha green tea, is made from shade-grown green tea leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. The leaves are grown in shade for three to four weeks before harvest, enhancing active ingredients and making it ideal for Food &Nutrition products. After harvesting, the leaves are steamed, dried, and ground into powder after removing stems and veins.

As a plant extract, matcha is rich in antioxidants and amino acids. Its vibrant green color makes it a popular natural colorant, and it is widely used as a Food Additive in beverages, desserts, and health supplements.
