Aluminum cut wire shot blasting media as one kind of Metal Abrasives,  is also known as Aluminum Sand and Aluminum Granule. It is mainly used for spraying and polishing the surface of aluminum, zinc or thin-walled workpieces. Let us briefly introduce the characteristics and process of Aluminum Shot.

Features: 

1. The incision is smooth and the appearance is bright. After many screenings, the particle size of the product is uniform.

2. The Aluminum Shot has low hardness, corrosion resistance, can whiten and brighten the surface of the workpiece, does not wear the surface of the product, and will not produce secondary effects such as rust.

Composition and process of aluminum shot: We use bright, defect-free, zero-pollution A5056 aluminum alloy and A1070 aluminum wire as raw materials, and are manufactured through automatic rotary cutting (Z type), passivation rounding (G type) forming and other processes. Zero pollution, due to the active chemical properties of aluminum, we keep it in a special warehouse to ensure the cleanliness and performance of the aluminum shot.
