Performance overview

Amer C70 is an oil lubricant developed for sheet metal forming. The system adopts refined mineral oil and has many special additives, such as anticorrosive agent, antioxidant, extreme pressure agent, antiwear agent and so on. Widely used in small area deep drawing galvanized sheet, steel, cold rolled sheet processing, etc.

Suitable for quenching of gear, bearing, standard parts and hardware tools, elastic parts, bearing steel, die steel and structural steel of all kinds of medium hardenability steel.

Matters need attention

1.Should be stored indoors, if stored in open air, the bucket should be placed horizontally to avoid water invasion and flooding of the mark on the bucket
2.This product is forbidden to mix with foreign matter pollution, otherwise it will lead to oil deterioration and failure.
3.Do not mix with other oils to prevent poor performanc.
