Product Description
* This series of products are made of high quality synthetic base oils, multiple hydrogenated and refined base oils and special additives such as anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-oxidation agent, which can provide ultra-long oil life and effective lubrication protection for screw air compressors working at high temperature and under harsh working conditions. The quality conforms to ISO L-DAH specification.
Main Advantage
* Keep the screw clean for a long time: The semi-synthetic formula has excellent oxidation stability, its antioxidant performance index (rotary bomb oxidation test) is 2 to 3 times that of competitive products, used in harsh conditions, with the incomparable advantages of conventional mineral oils, to keep the screw clean for a long time, inhibit the formation of sludge and carbon deposits. It is specially developed to provide reliable, effective and safe lubrication for a long period of time.
* Trouble-free operation: High-quality and high-efficiency multiple hydrogenated base oil has excellent oxidation properties, with added special additives, long-term use results in minimal color change, small evaporation loss, and low oil consumption.
* Provide safe exhaust piping: This series of products effectively prevent exothermic reactions that can cause fires or explosions due to the heat generated by compressed air along with a mixture of rust particles dispersed in carbon deposits in the piping.
* Reduce maintenance costs and downtime: High-quality three-time hydrogenated base oils and high-efficiency additives can form an effective lubricating and protective film on the metal surface, thus preventing parts from wearing out at both high and low starting temperatures;
* Comprehensive protection: Optimal rust and corrosion protection characteristics protect the machine from rust and corrosion caused by moisture ingress, especially during shutdowns and intermittent movements.
* Good anti-emulsification and anti-foaming properties: This ensures rapid water drainage during the complete process and also minimizes foaming and prevents tank overflows.
Main Application
* It is suitable for the lubrication of rotary (screw) air compressor with various loads of which the exhaust temperature is not more than 100℃, and the service life is up to 3,000 to 4,000 hours (when it is used intermittently for less than 4,000 hours a year, it can be used for up to one year). It has an incomparable cost performance, and been used as the initial oil and OEM after-sale oil for many Chinese air compressor manufacturers. It is recommended to use No.32 oil for screw compressor under 100KW.
* Air compressor oil used in special environments (hazardous gases, high dust, etc.) has a shorter oil change interval (monitor carefully after exceeding 2,000H, clean and replace the oil as soon as you notice something wrong).
Attentions
* In the special environment (harmful gases, high dust, etc.), use or replace the air blowing filter after 1000H;
* During the replacement due to oil deterioration, the cleaning agent must be added for cleaning. Pay attention to drain the cleaning agent as much as possible, and finally add a small amount of new oil to flush before adding new oil, so as not to affect the service life of the air compressor oil;
* Be sure to clean the oil system at two to three normal oil changes.
