Performance Overview

This series of products are synthetic ester-type flame retardant and eco-friendly hydraulic fluids, containing antioxidants,anti-friction agents, boundary lubricating agents, etc. Compared with the same number of mineral oil type hydraulic oil, it has longer service life and higher viscosity and temperature characteristics; compared with water-glycol hydraulic oil, it has a wider range of operating temperatures and stronger lubricating properties.

Benefits

The viscosity-temperature characteristic value is above 160, and the viscosity fluctuation is small in the wide temperature range, realizing the ideal working condition of noiseless starting at ultra-low temperature and smooth running at ultra-high temperature.

The good stability performance of the synthetic oil system keeps the pressure of the hydraulic system smooth, always in the best condition.

Compatible with the vast majority of standard sealing materials, the product is non-corrosive, non-toxic and non-side effects on all types of common hydraulic oil transfer pumps.

The product is an ideal substitute for phosphate ester oils.

Applications

This series of products are widely used for continuous casting, electric furnaces, blast furnaces, coking, hot rolling, high wire, furnace dismantling machines, stripper machines, pipe making machines, die-casting machines, glass molding machines, thermoelectric power plants, and other high-temperature and high-pressure hydraulic systems with servo valves and proportional valves, as well as field operation machinery and equipment requiring biodegradation of oils, and military equipment with ultra-long oil-change intervals.

Cautions

The product should be stored indoors. If the product is stored in the open, the drum should be placed horizontally to avoid water ingress and obliteration of the markings on the drum.

It is forbidden to mix with foreign matter to avoid pollution. Do not mix with other oils, otherwise it will lead to oil deterioration and failure.

It is important to use oil with the right viscosity according to the oil regulations for the equipment.
