Performance overview
This product is a synthetic high quality, clean air compressor oil. Reliable lubrication protection for rotary vane and screw air compressors. This product uses an additive formula containing excellent detergent to provide excellent protection. Even if the compressor is operated at 200KW, working pressure 1MPa and exhaust temperature over 105℃, the oil change cycle can still reach 6000-8000h.
Main advantage
1. Provide superior protection. Protect the compressor from damage, help extend the service life of the equipment, maximize the return on investment:
- Provide more than the standard industrial gear wear resistance requirements, gear wear load grade ≧11, effectively protect the compressor gear parts;
- Excellent bearing wear resistance, sintering load ≧150kg, effectively protect the metal surface in the compressor, reduce wear.
2. Prolong the oil change cycle. This product can make the compressor longer uninterrupted operation, thus reducing requirements, improve productivity. Oil operation can effectively delay the performance decline, help to prolong the service life of lubricating oil, thus extending the oil change period :
