Performance overview
This product is a non-mineral oil type heat transfer oil, suitable for heat conduction/heat exchange at high temperature cycle of 280℃ ~ 350℃ in heat conduction oil furnace under
atmospheric pressure. With excellent thermal stability, high temperature operation can be guaranteed for several years of reliable operation. With mineral oil products incomparable
characteristics, service life as long as seven to twelve years. Its quality conforms to the national standard GB/T23971 standard specification.
 
Main advantage
Suitable viscosity: low viscosity heat transfer medium is conducive to achieve high heat transfer coefficient in turbulent state, and has good pumpability at low temperature, so that the pumping device is easy to start; Higher specific heat and thermal conductivity, in order to get higher thermal efficiency;
Excellent high and low temperature performance and excellent viscostatic temperature characteristics: viscosity changes with temperature is small, low temperature fluidity is good, flash point and spontaneous combustion point is high, high thermal decomposition temperature, can meet the maximum use temperature of 350℃ use requirements, with fire resistance, allow the maximum film temperature 375℃;
Excellent chemical stability and thermal stability, with very low volatility, good thermal oxidation stability, long service life, service life as long as seven to twelve years; Good
radiation resistance and adaptability to rubber seals.
