Qingtian Precision Casting Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and is located in Qingtian County, a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese in China. With a registered capital of RMB 2.048 million, our production base covers an area of over 10,000 square meters.
We specialize in precision casting, resin-coated sand casting and CNC automatic machining, and are equipped with more than 200 sets of advanced casting and machining equipment. Our complete quality inspection system covers full-process quality control, supported by professional testing instruments including spectrometers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, metallographic analyzers, tensile testers, hardness testers and low-temperature impact testers.
Our core product range includes valve stem nuts, bearing seats for petroleum transfer pumps, corrosion-resistant vacuum pump rotors and other custom cast components. Products are primarily manufactured from high-nickel ductile cast iron, available in standard grades D-2, D-2C, D-5, D-5B and D-5S.
The company holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and PED product certification issued by Lawson Quality Certification, as well as a full set of three-system management certificates.
We have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2023, a Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative (SRDI) SME in 2024, and a Provincial Demonstration Enterprise for Digital Manufacturing Transformation in 2025. We have also established a Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute.
