Shandong Sanyou Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise mainly engaged in manufacturing angle steel towers and steel pipe towers for transmission lines of all voltage classes up to 750kV, substation structures, broadcasting and communication iron towers and masts, photovoltaic supports, thin-walled centrifugal concrete-filled steel tube poles, various galvanized steel structures, hardware and electrical appliances, grounding modules, FRP protective pipes, high and low voltage distribution panels, ground resistance reducers, graphite grounding cables, etc. We also produce a full range of anti-corrosion materials and provide hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion processing services. The company is situated in Yingqiu Industrial Park, Changle County, the southern suburb of Weifang — the renowned World Kite Capital, boasting extremely convenient transportation access. We hold the production license for 750kV transmission line iron towers. The company has a total asset of 216 million RMB, including fixed assets of 134 million RMB and current assets of 82 million RMB. Our headquarters covers a total area of 890,000 square meters, with a building area of over 66,000 square meters. Employing more than 560 staff members, we have 8 functional departments and 4 professional processing workshops under our management. All our core management functions, including R&D and design, material supply, product sales, production planning, product processing, transportation and installation, as well as after-sales service, are operated through our self-developed ERP iron tower production management system — the most advanced of its kind in China's domestic iron tower industry. Equipped with a complete set of production equipment and advanced, reliable manufacturing processes, our company owns a 2400-ton CNC press that can bend Q345 steel plates of 35mm thickness × 12500mm length and Q420 high-strength steel plates of 28mm thickness × 12500mm length. We also have a full range of processing molds for round and polygonal steel pipes, which provides a solid guarantee for the production of EHV large-scale steel pipe crossing towers, substation structures and steel pipe poles. We adopt domestically advanced CNC automatic submerged arc welders for welding the internal longitudinal seams of thick materials and small-diameter pipes, and use the HQCS60×14000 CNC plasma and flame cutting machine with Hypertherm numerical control system (USA) for plate cutting, ensuring the supreme processing and assembly precision of all components. For the production of angle steel towers, we mainly utilize state-of-the-art domestic CNC angle steel production lines, CNC plate production lines and a new generation of high-speed CNC drilling lines. With the widespread application of high-strength Q420 and Q460 steel, our high-speed CNC drilling lines offer sufficient capacity for the mass processing of high-voltage class angle steel towers. We have a dedicated vertical trial assembly site for steel pipe crossing towers, equipped with one 10-ton tower crane and four 32m×15m×10-ton gantry cranes for iron tower trial assembly, which fully meets the vertical trial assembly requirements of all types of iron towers, substation structures and large crossing towers. Our company features an advanced national standard physical and chemical laboratory, staffed with qualified physical and chemical inspectors and equipped with more than 30 sets of quality testing and experimental equipment. This enables us to conduct comprehensive inspections across all production stages, ensuring effective quality control of every link from raw material incoming inspection to the final delivery of finished products. We have a strong technical team consisting of 93 professional and technical personnel, including 26 senior technicians and 67 intermediate technicians.
