Headquartered in Kunming, Yunnan Province, the core planting and production area of high-quality white kidney beans in China, we have built a complete closed-loop industrial chain covering variety breeding, standardized planting, patented extraction, precision production, quality control, and global commercial application. Our raw materials are sourced from the alpine mountain planting bases in Dali and Lijiang, Yunnan, at an altitude of more than 1800 meters. In long-term in-depth cooperation with Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, we have selectively bred and directionally cultivated new white kidney bean varieties with higher active α-AI content, stronger activity, and better stress resistance, and provide technical guidance for local farmers on green and sustainable planting, ensuring the traceability, stability, and superior quality of raw materials from the source.
Our core product, the proprietary "Kongka®" white kidney bean extract, is produced with our self-owned patented extraction process (Patent No. ZL200910094244.X). The low-temperature water-based extraction process we adopt completely preserves the spatial structure and biological activity of α-AI in white kidney beans, without adding additional proteases, processing aids or artificial additives during production. Our GMP-standard food-grade production workshop, built in Haikou Industrial Park, Kunming, has passed SC certification, with a complete food quality research system and testing platform, and an annual production capacity of 150 tons of white kidney bean extract. We have established a strict full-process quality management system covering raw material inspection, production process control, finished product testing, storage and transportation, with standardized automated production and online monitoring system to ensure full traceability of each batch of products.
We have obtained a complete set of domestic and international authoritative certifications, including Food Production License (SC), U.S. FDA certification, HACCP system certification, etc., fully complying with the food safety regulations and market access requirements of China, the European Union, North America and other major global markets. As the drafting unit of China's import and export business standards for the white kidney bean extract industry, we have promoted the establishment of the Professional Kidney Bean Industry Cluster Committee of Yunnan Food Industry Association, and led the formulation and improvement of industry standards, driving the standardized and high-quality development of the global white kidney bean extract industry.
