This automatic thermal high-temperature formation system was developed with a smart production equipment design based on lithium-ion battery research and development. The equipment integrates the core technology of battery formation equipment, achieving full automation from device placement, thermal pressure formation, to capacity classification. The equipment uses a dual-axis module robot with precise material allocation, an automatic buffer basket design allowing a dynamic cycle of three full baskets and three empty ones, greatly improving delivery efficiency. The unique horizontal thermal macroscopic fixture for the formation has cylinder pressure closed-loop control, allowing a surface pressure adjustment of 0.1-0.5Mpa draws. The independent temperature control system is effectively designed to provide a constant temperature environment of 25-85+C±3C, ensuring battery performance consistency. The equipment integrates open-circuit voltage (OCV) testing and tab inspection functions, automatically sorting to buffer areas defective products minimizing manual intervention and reducing failure rates. Additionally, the equipment is multi-model compatible with a 3-hour fixture adjustment time to fulfill multiple requirements.  

High-Accuracy Testing: Current/voltage resolution reaches 0.1mA/mV, supporting constant current/constant voltage multi-mode charging/discharging requirements that match the precision detection targets of lithium ion battery tester.  

Modular Design: Layer board spacing can be adjusted for batteries ranging from 100-340mm, compatible with multiple model batteries-sized test model change accessories that facilitate rapid model changes within 3-hours.  

Intelligent Protection System: Dual voltage monitoring, smoke alarm, and automatic power-off ensure Equipment For Lithium-Ion Cell Formation can run naturally in unforeseen circumstances such as overvoltage fire etc..., ensuring the battery formation equipment operates safely.  

Mass Production of Lithium Batteries: The equipment supports the parallel operation of 672 channels with a production efficiency being set to ≥8PPM, fulfilling order requirements on a massive scale for power batteries, and energy storage batteries.
