Metal Pressing Sponge Iron Chip Briquetting Press

Our metal briguette machine is a mechanical equipment used to press copper chips, iron filings,aluminum shavings,steel chips and other materials into briquettes shape,also works erll on sponge iron scraps.

Working principle:

The hydraulic system/mechanical pressure device is mainly used to apply high pressure to iron filings and other materials in the mold to make it compress and form. Such as the hydraulic drive sponge iron press machine, the motor drives the oil pump to extract hydraulic oil, which is transmitted to the cylinder to drive the piston rod movement and compress the material.

Structural composition:

1. Main engine part: including fuselage, slide block, workbench, etc. The fuselage is usually made of cast steel or thick steel, such as three-beam and four-column structure, relying on the column as the skeleton, the upper beam and the workbench are fixed by the lock nut, and the slide block can move up and down under the column guide.

2. Power system: generally composed of motors, oil pumps, oil tanks, etc., to provide power for the equipment, so that the hydraulic oil is circulated in the system, generating pressure to drive the actuator.Sponge Iron Compressor

3. Mold part: can be customized according to the needs of different shapes and sizes, common round, square etc.

4. Control system: More PLC control, can achieve the fixed range, fixed pressure two kinds of forming process, and has the function of retaining the rolling time, but also can adjust the working pressure of the slider, stroke, etc.

Advantges:

1. Metallurgical industry: After pressing sponge iron and iron filings into briquettes, they can be directly put into blast furnaces or electric furnaces as iron making raw materials to improve production efficiency and iron recovery rate.

2. Metal recycling industry: It is used to press various scrap metal scraps into briquettes, which is easy to transport and reprocess, and realize the recycling of resources.

3. Refractory industry: Refractory powder and iron filings can be mixed and pressed into cakes for the production of refractory bricks, refractory products, etc., to improve the strength and wear resistance of refractory materials.
