Pulp Adjustment: Water is added to adjust the concentration of the pulp to the required level. The pulp is continuously stirred to form a uniform slurry, which is then pumped to a pulp supply tank for the next process (molding). Molding: The pulp is supplied to the pulp tank of the molding machine. Through the operation of the molding die, vacuum adsorption, and mold - closing for dehydration and shaping, wet blanks are formed. Drying: The wet blanks are thoroughly dried by a moving hanging basket line, a drying room, or an air shed. Shaping: The completely dried semi - finished products are heated and pressed by a shaping machine through mold - closing to obtain finished products that are flat, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing. Quality Inspection: Edges are trimmed and burrs are removed (if necessary). The dimensions, strength, and appearance are inspected. Qualified products are packaged and stored in the warehouse.
