Semi-automatic hydraulic pulper is a crucial piece of Pulp Making Equipment positioned in the Pulp Making System. It comes furnished with powerful 304 stainless steel cutterheads. During operation, this machine takes in pulp feedstock containing fibers of varying lengths in pre-set proportions; upon adding the requisite amount of water, the cutterheads, through their combined high-speed slicing and vigorous friction actions, rapidly disintegrate and homogenize the tightly bound fibers. This results in a uniform pulp that gets transferred to the thickend pulp tank, laying the foundation for the production of Molded Pulp Products further down the line.
