Function and usage:
The Aluminum Chip Briquetter is mainly used for directly cold-pressing cast iron chips, steel chips, copper chips, aluminum chips and other metal raw materials into 3-6 kg cylindrical or other shapes of briquettes through high pressure, which can effectively reduce the volume of metal chips, facilitate storage and transportation, and reduce the loss of transportation and smelting in the process of recycling.
Model classification:
Aluminum Briquette Machine is mainly divided into vertical and horizontal models. Vertical models have compact structure and small floor area, while horizontal models usually have large pressing force and relatively high production efficiency.
How aluminum press works:
Taking a common hydraulic-driven hydraulic briquetting machine as an example, materials are firstly added into a large bin above a feeding device of a briquette press, then a feeding cylinder advances to feed the materials into a die, after the feeding cylinder returns and resets, a sub-cylinder drives a piston rod of a main cylinder and a punch to rapidly press down, after the punch enters a die cavity, the sub-cylinder is transferred to the main cylinder to slowly press down, and the materials in the die are pressed into high-density briquettes by high pressure. Finally, the main cylinder rises slightly, the block pushing cylinder retreats, the main cylinder descends quickly to press the pressed briquette out of the die cavity, the block pushing cylinder drives the sliding block to move forward to push out the briquette, and the block pushing cylinder resets at the same time to complete an action cycle.
Component composition:
1. Main machine: It is composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold frame and mold, pressure head, etc. The frame is usually composed of upper and lower beams and columns, and the upper and lower beams are mostly integral steel castings.
2. Hydraulic station: It is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and connecting pipeline system to provide power for equipment. It is equipped with cooling system to avoid overheating of oil temperature.
3. Console: It is composed of electrical system and PLC control system, which can realize the precise control of the action sequence and time of the equipment, and the operation is convenient and fast.
Performance characteristics of Metal Briquetting Press:
1. Hydraulic transmission: hydraulic drive is adopted, the pressure is high, and the density of pressed briquettes is high. Integral valve block design, large flow diameter, so that the system pressure loss is less, eliminating the leakage defects.
2. High degree of automation: The electrical part is mostly controlled by PLC, which has strong anti-interference, simple operation and can realize automatic production.
3. Solid structure: The machine body adopts integral steel structure with high strength and good stability. The frame part adopts integral steel casting, which improves the reliability, stability and service life of the equipment.
