3. Mold components: The mold is the key component that determines the shape and size of the metal chip briquettes, which generally consists of mold cavity, punch and mold release device. 4. Electrical control system: The electrical control system is mainly composed of PLC (programmable logic controller), operation control panel and various sensors. The operator inputs working parameters through the operation control panel, such as pressure setting value, holding time, pressing stroke, etc. PLC carries out precise control on each component of the hydraulic system according to the preset program to realize the automatic operation of the equipment. Sensors monitor the running status of the equipment in real time, such as pressure, position and other parameters, and feedback the information to the PLC, in order to timely adjust and ensure the safety and stability of equipment operation.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the oil pump to run, the oil pump will suck the hydraulic oil from the tank and pressurize it, after a series of hydraulic valves are precisely regulated, the high-pressure oil enters into the hydraulic cylinder. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder is pushed by the pressure of the hydraulic oil to produce a strong thrust, which acts on the metal chips placed in the mold. Under high pressure, the metal chips overcome the friction and gap between their own particles, squeeze each other tightly, and eventually be compressed into a briquette with a certain shape and density. When the preset pressure value is reached and maintained for a certain period of time to ensure that the chip briquette is well formed, the piston is returned to the initial position through the pressure relief operation, and then the mold is opened to remove the formed chip briquettes.
