1. Convenient storage and transportation: It can compress loose metal scraps into compact cake pieces, reducing the volume by 70%-90%, significantly saving storage space and reducing transportation costs.
2. Enhance the recycling value: the metal after briquetting is easier to melt, warms up faster in the furnace, melts better, reduces oxidization loss, improves the recycling rate, and then enhances the economic value of the scrap.
3. Reduce the processing cost: it can directly process the scrap produced by stamping, cutting, etc., which reduces the intermediate links in the process of scrap processing and lowers the processing cost.
