Customized Aluminum Chip Briquetter Heavy Duty Briquetting Press

Core working principle of Aluminum Briquette Machine:

1. Feeding stage: metal chips enter the pressing and forming cavity through the automatic feeding mechanism (screw/belt).

2. High-pressure forming: The hydraulic system provides 250-1250 tons of pressure to cold-press the metal chips into cylindrical or square briquettes with a density of 5.5-6 tons/cubic meter.

3. Oil separation (optional): The cutting oil is separated synchronously in the process of high-pressure extrusion, and the oil content can be reduced to less than 3%, so as to avoid the risk of hazardous waste and realize the recycling of oil.

4. automatic discharge: that formed briquette are automatically discharged through the ejection mechanism, and can be directly stacked or bagged for transportation.

Main application scenarios of Aluminum Press:

1. Metal processing industry: treatment of iron, copper and aluminum scraps produced by lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and other machining centers.

2. Foundry industry: recycling of gating and riser, flash and debris of steel foundry, aluminum foundry and copper foundry to replace some raw materials.
