Product Performance
Mechanical properties
High strength: tensile strength of 60-80 MPa, bending strength of 90-110 MPa, superior to most engineering plastics.
High toughness: notch impact strength ≥ 5 kJ/m ² (23 ℃), strong resistance to dynamic loads.
Wear resistance: friction coefficient of 0.3-0.5 (under dry friction conditions), high PV value, suitable for sliding parts.
Thermal performance
Continuous use temperature: -40 ℃ to+120 ℃ (short-term up to 150 ℃).
Melting point: 215-225 ℃, hot deformation temperature (1.82 MPa) about 65-80 ℃ (unreinforced)/190-210 ℃ (glass fiber reinforced).
Chemical stability
Resistant to oil, grease, weak alkali, and alcohols;
Not resistant to strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) and polar solvents (such as phenol, formic acid).
Electrical performance
Volume resistivity of 10 ¹³ -10 ¹⁵Ω· cm, dielectric strength of 20-30 kV/mm, suitable for medium and low voltage insulation.
Moisture absorption
The saturated water absorption rate is about 9-10%, and the impact needs to be reduced through modification or post-treatment.
Dimensional stability
After fiberglass reinforcement, the coefficient of linear expansion decreases to 3 × 10 ⁻⁵/℃, approaching that of metal.
