1. Double-reels structure

Two reels, when the production line is working, you can switch between the two reels freely. There is no need to stop the machine when changing the reels, which improves production efficiency.

2. Servo motor, ball screw winding arrangement

The widing arrangement is driven by a servo motor, which drives the ball screw to move back and forth accurately, making the arrangement of the tube more neat.

3. Automatic cutting device

Equipped with an automatic cutting device, driven by a cylinder, to achieve automatic and accurate cutting after the winding is completed, saving manpower.

4. Inductive speed control device

Equipped with an inductive automatic speed control device. According to the droop or pull-up caused by the tightness of the tube, the system will automatically control the reeling speed according to the model of the sensor to match the actual production speed of the production line.

The plastic pipe winding machine is designed to efficiently coil and package extruded plastic pipes into compact, uniform rolls for easy storage, transportation, and handling. It automates the winding process, ensuring consistent tension and alignment while minimizing manual labor.
