FR PC sheet is an engineering plastic board made of high-performance polycarbonate (PC) resin as the substrate, modified by adding high-efficiency flame retardants and special additives. Its core performance is between traditional PC and fire-resistant materials, meeting strict flame retardant requirements (such as UL94 V-0/V-2) while maintaining excellent mechanical strength, transparency, and processing performance. The surface of the board is smooth and flat, and can be customized to produce different size specifications, suitable for scenarios with high requirements for fire safety and structural performance.

Flame retardant performance
Compliant with international flame retardant standards (such as UL94 V-0, EN 13501-1 B1 level), with a limit oxygen index (LOI) of ≥ 28% and a self extinguishing time of ≤ 10 seconds after ignition.
There are no droplets during combustion, reducing the risk of secondary fires, and the smoke density is low (in accordance with ASTM E662 standard).
Mechanical performance
High impact strength (cantilever beam notch impact strength ≥ 8kJ/m ²), more than 200 times that of ordinary glass.
Bending strength ≥ 90MPa, bending modulus ≥ 2200MPa, combining lightweight and structural stability.
Optical performance
Transmittance ≥ 88% (thickness ≤ 6mm), haze ≤ 1.5%, close to the transparency of glass.
High color uniformity, customizable matte, frosted and other surface effects.
Weather resistance and environmental adaptability
Excellent resistance to ultraviolet (UV) aging, passed ISO 4892 artificial accelerated aging test, with an outdoor service life of ≥ 10 years.
Wide temperature resistance range (-40 ℃~120 ℃), short-term high temperature resistance up to 150 ℃, and no brittle fracture at low temperatures.
Processing and installation friendly
Support precision machining processes such as laser cutting, CNC engraving, and hot bending forming.
The surface hardness reaches HB~2H (which can be increased to 3H by hard coating), and the scratch resistance is strong.
