Conductive PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sheet is a polymer composite material based on high-performance engineering plastic PTFE, which is endowed with conductivity by adding conductive fillers such as carbon black, carbon fiber, metal powder or nano conductive materials, while retaining the excellent characteristics of PTFE. This board has stable conductivity, chemical inertness, high temperature resistance, and mechanical strength, making it suitable for industrial scenarios that require conductivity, anti-static, or electromagnetic shielding.
Characteristics
Conductivity performance
Surface resistivity range: 10 ²~10 ⁶ Ω/sq (customizable according to requirements), meeting anti-static (ESD) and electromagnetic shielding (EMI/RFI) requirements.
Uniform and stable conductivity, with no risk of local failure.
Chemical and Physical Properties
Chemical inertness: resistant to strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, and corrosive media, suitable for harsh chemical environments.
High temperature resistance: Long term use temperature of -200 ℃ to+260 ℃, short-term tolerance to high temperature of 300 ℃.
Low friction coefficient (<0.1), excellent self-lubricating properties, and reduced wear.
Insulation balance: Maintaining the high insulation properties of PTFE outside the conductive area, suitable for hybrid circuit design.
Mechanical performance
Tensile strength ≥ 25 MPa, bending strength ≥ 40 MPa, strong impact resistance.
High dimensional stability and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE ≈ 10 ⁻⁵/℃).
Processing performance
Can be processed into sheets, pipes or customized shapes, supporting laser cutting, CNC machining and thermoforming.
Smooth surface, easy to clean, meets food grade (FDA) and medical grade standards (ISO 10993).
Environmental Protection and Safety
Halogen free, non-toxic, compliant with environmental regulations such as RoHS.
