Lifting Magnets For Cranes Electronic Magnetic Crane

Circular Lifting Magnet is a kind of industrial device that utilizes electromagnetic or permanent magnetic principle to generate strong suction force for adsorption and handling of ferromagnetic materials (such as steel workpieces, waste materials, etc.), which is widely used in the fields of machining, metallurgy and logistics.

Through the energized coil to generate a magnetic field, when the current through the coil, the suction cup produces magnetic adsorption of the workpiece; when the power is off, the magnetic field disappears and the workpiece falls off. The suction force can be adjusted by the current size, suitable for frequent loading and unloading scenarios, but requires continuous power supply.

Electromagnetic suction cups are used in lathes, punching machines, etc. to realize automatic loading and unloading.
