General Description

BIPN60015C is an advanced Intelligent Power Module (IPM) that has newly developed and designed. This product features a compact package size and strong anti-interference capability, achieving optimal matching with Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). Internally, it integrates undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuits, overcurrent protection circuits, and driving circuits, significantly enhancing system reliability. The built-in High-Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) provides opto-coupler isolation-free driving functionality. The adoption of discrete negative terminals enables independent monitoring of each inverter phase current.This product is well-suited for compact and high-performance AC motor drives, such as low-power inverters and inverter air conditioners.

 Adopts DBC with low thermal resistance design

 600V 15A Three-phase IGBT inverter including control ICs for gate driving and power device protection

 Features discrete negative DC terminals for each phase, enabling independent phase current sensing

 Incorporates a High-Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) and bootstrap diodes, allowing operation with a single power supply

 Provides an insulation rating of 2500 Vrms/minute
