2,Description

1. High-Precision Temperature Control and Molding: Utilizing a three-layer tubular cooler, coupled with a thermal oil heating and cooling system, precise wax temperature control is achieved, maintaining a stable temperature differential within ±0.5°C and keeping wax mold shrinkage within 0.5%, effectively ensuring dimensional stability.

2. Flexible Adjustable Nozzle: The nozzle supports flexible adjustment in multiple directions—up and down, left and right, and forward and backward—facilitating quick and precise alignment for diverse mold structures and adapting to diverse wax injection requirements.

3. Independent Pressure and Flow Control: Independent pressure and flow control, including support for secondary pressure boost control, significantly reduces wax mold defects, improves molding consistency, and enhances product yield.

4. Highly Efficient and Energy-Saving Process: A compact and rational process design significantly shortens precision manufacturing cycles, eliminating the need for extended heat preservation and static resting times. A single cycle time is less than 24 minutes, improving production efficiency.

3. System Configuration and Manufacturing Process

1. Hydraulic System Supply: Key hydraulic components are selected from renowned brands, including hydraulic valves from Taiwan Yuken, hydraulic motors from Taiwan Qunli, hydraulic pumps from Taiwan Greely, and circulating motor pumps from Taiwan Yuliang. Cylinder seals are NOK brand from Japan, and the cylinders are manufactured by the Jinnan Yuli Machinery Branch.

2. Main Unit Structure and Treatment: The main unit is constructed of welded δ20 steel plates with heating plates, providing a sturdy structure. The wax tank liner is constructed of 304 stainless steel. The wax cooling system utilizes a three-circuit piping design, with all pipes pickled and then oxidized for corrosion resistance and long service life.

3. Electrical Control System: Low-voltage electrical components are Chint products; the PLC is a Taiwan Delta series, offering stable performance; and sensors such as proximity switches are from Japan's Omron series, offering precise sensing and high reliability.
