2,Description

The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle is one of our company's complete sets of precision casting equipment, primarily used for the dewaxing process of medium-sized shells in precision casting. This machine combines the advantages of similar products on the market, striving for safety, reliability, advanced practicality, and excellent properties such as rapid heating and rapid dewaxing. 3.1（1）.Efficient Heat Transfer: The outer pot operates under high temperature and high pressure, maintaining a stable inner surface temperature above 150°C, ensuring rapid thermal equilibrium.

3.2 This equipment consists of core components such as the kettle body, base, quick-opening door, wax tank, heating system, electrical control cabinet, and outer cover. It is equipped with a mold shell/mold basket bracket for quick assembly and disassembly, improving operational efficiency.
