1.Configuration instructions

1.This wax injection machine features a four-column, vertical die-pressing table design with two workstations. It utilizes hydraulic mold clamping and thermal oil heating as a heat preservation source, making the entire system stable, safe, and reliable.

2.Operation: Two-handed operation prevents accidental hand injuries. A safety light grid is included; upon contact, mold clamping stops to prevent pinching.

3.The hydraulic system's output flow and pressure are controlled by a Y-type motor and are manually adjustable.

4.Equipped with an ejector function, the mold can be automatically ejected, making wax pattern removal quick and easy.

5.Dual-mold capability allows one workstation to shoot two different types of molds with different nozzle heights.
