The 1.27mm x 2.54mm Dual Row Pin Header combines the high-density signal capacity of 1.27 mm pitch with the structural compatibility of 2.54 mm rows. This unique configuration is perfect for hybrid PCB layouts where spacing and mechanical reinforcement both matter.

Featuring a dual row 180° straight layout, this pin header connector supports vertical interconnects with enhanced current handling and robust mating characteristics. It’s ideal for customized PCBs used in automotive electronics, programmable logic controllers, and smart devices.

This 1.27 pin header uses precision-machined copper alloy terminals and flame-retardant LCP insulation, allowing it to withstand soldering temperatures up to 260°C. It supports SMT and through-hole soldering, as well as J-type and U-type customization.

Certified to IATF16949, ISO9001, and RoHS, and capable of handling up to 100 pins, it stands as a flexible connector pin header solution for hybrid PCB designs requiring mechanical compatibility with legacy 2.54mm pitch systems.
