A dual pressure valve, as the name suggests, is a valve that can respond to two different pressure signals. It is mainly composed of a valve body, a valve core, a return spring, and two control ports. When the pressure signals received by the two control ports are different, the valve core will move, thereby changing the flow direction of the fluid or regulating the flow rate of the fluid.

 

In dual-pressure valves, different combinations of pressure signals enable precise control of fluid flow. For example, when one control port receives a high-pressure signal and the other receives a low-pressure signal, the valve core will move toward the low-pressure end, thereby changing the flow state of the fluid. This flexible response mechanism enables dual-pressure valves to play an important role in complex control systems.

 

The logical relationship of the dual-pressure valve is mainly reflected in how it switches different pressure outputs according to the pressure demand of the system. This process is mainly completed by hydraulic logic control, including pressure sensing, signal transmission and actuator action. In practical applications, this logical relationship can be accurately controlled through an electronic control unit (ECU).

1. Pressure sensing: The system monitors the working status in real time through a pressure sensor. For example, when the system requires higher or lower pressure, the Transmission Sensors converts this demand into an electrical signal and transmits it to the control unit.

 

2. Signal processing: After receiving the pressure demand signal, the control unit processes the signal according to the preset logical relationship and makes a decision on whether to switch the pressure.

 

3. Execute the action: Once the decision is made, the control unit sends instructions to the reversing valve part of the dual-pressure valve to guide the oil flow into different pressure control valves to achieve pressure switching.
