Slitting and rewinding machine

The machine adopts three-motor synchronous control and an automatic tension control system, with center rewinding method.

1. This machine uses a variable frequency speed-regulating motor to ensure smooth operation during acceleration.

2. Mitsubishi PLC programmable logic controller central system.

3. LED touchscreen interface for tension, slitting length/width, and parameter input.

4. The unwinding adopts an axial type movable machine base with electric automatic edge alignment device(EPC correction system).

5. Configured with circular blade/ industrial straight knives longitudinal cutting and edge waste automatic rewinding device.

6. The rewinding unit adopts 2 pcs 3" air shafts(upper and lower).

7. The rewinding pressure roller structure with adjustable air pressure meets various material slitting/rewinding process requirements.
