Features:

1.input section: 

It is with coating glass inspection device, and can tell the coating glass side; and with code reader, can easily to get the glass length and height size, automatically input the system; no need to manual input;

2.washing and drying section:

The whole washing and drying structure is from Glaston with anti-water and shcokproof feature; and it has total 6brushes; the brushes is widing type; can wash low-e glass; The rubber roller has leather case,diameter:80mm, easy to change it, and user no need to change the whole roller when it has wear and tear;The drying section adopts double air knife structure, and the air fan is high-pressure fan with 18.5KW, it provides more power to clean and dry the glass.

3.air float storage section

This section is with air float to reduce glass scrap by the backboard wheel. It has air float air fan, and need to clean the filter cotton regularly.

4.light check and aluminum spacer bar installation section

The section can check glass clean or not; meanwhile user can put the spacer bar on glass, and aopts spacer bar to do insulating glass;

It can be open from back door, and the worker can check glass clean or not from backside.

5.TPSS part

The part includes sealing function and patting function, and it is controlled by Panasonic movement system, and totally haves 13 Panasonic servo motors.It can be used in foreign &domestic sealant brand, like Germany koemmerling,Italy Fenzi,Korea, and China silande,etc. It has two big sealant barrels: Main sealant barrel and vice sealant barrel; Vice sealant barrel supplys sealant to main sealant barrel, by heating pipe and heating barrel. In this part, the sealant pressure is keep to fix number to insure the sealant liquid discharge out continously;

6.Argon gas filling part:

1)The press part has 6pcs of 60mm ballscrews ,and the material of press part is solid wood; the whole press part has high precison flatness to insure the finished double&triple glazing good quality;

2)the argon gas filling time is 3s-5s to insure the temperature of TPSS around 120-130degree;

3) it adopts synchronous belt structure to fill argon gas, and it automatically find the argon gas hole to fill argon gas, especially for triple glazing, it also can be good to lift up the middle glass.
