Core working principle: Hydraulically driven efficient collaborative work
This equipment takes the hydraulic transmission system as the core power, and realizes the integrated process of "baling first, shearing later" through the precise cooperation of multiple groups of cylinders:
1. Feeding and pre-pressing: After the scrap metal is put into the bin, the side pressure cylinder takes the lead in compacting the loose waste materials (such as iron sheets, steel bars and profiles) from the horizontal direction to prevent the materials from shifting or popping out in the subsequent processes.
2. Main pressure packing: The top main pressure cylinder applies downward pressure to further compress the pre-pressed waste into high-density packing blocks, which greatly reduces the volume and improves the transportation and storage efficiency.
3.Shearing and forming: after the packing is completed, the shearing oil cylinder drives the gantry cutter head (or the side shear blade) to go down, and the compact lump is sheared into a regular size meeting the requirements of the smelter, so as to be convenient for remelting.
4. Automatic unloading and reset: After the shearing is completed, each oil cylinder returns in turn, the finished material block is pushed out of the material box through the pushing cylinder, and the equipment automatically resets, waiting for the next cycle.
The whole process adopts PLC intelligent control, supports manual/automatic switching, smooth action, low noise, adjustable pressure, and can meet the needs of scrap metal treatment with different hardness and shape.
