Product Overview
The aluminum-shell power battery temperature-controlled sorting and classification device (model ODM-SHT37-128-30A(25℃) is an ODM cell grading machine developed especially for the battery conditioning/sorting stage. This device offers 128 separate channels, is controlled by an STM32 single-chip microcontroller and utilizes four-wire high precision detection. Furthermore, it can accurately measure battery parameters such as voltage and capacity in a constant temperature of 25±2℃. It performs non-impact measurements through independent constant current and voltage sources, has built-in power-protection and energy feedback capabilities that allow discharged energy to be fed back into the power grid. Moreover, its modularity enables ease of maintenance. Using a graphical operating interface along with a comprehensive software system readily permits the user to accomplish battery grading, data upload, and data curve generation. This system promotes the automated grading test of low voltage batteries such as lithium iron phosphate.

System workings and principles: 
The control core is the computer. The equipment is controlled through 485 communication or TCP protocol by the PC sending instructions, collecting data, etc. The STM32 develops independent control through its integration with the constant current board. When charging takes place, the bidirectional power supply acts to convert AC380V to 14V DC. The constant current board acts as a complete constant current and constant voltage charging unit and performs regulation. When discharging occurs, the constant current board increases the battery voltage from 14V to 15V. At this time, the bidirectional power supply inverts the 15V to AC power and feeds back to the power grid. Efficiency is above 70%. This box is of box-tough structure providing uniformity in the temperature during the conditioning stage. In all cases, process steps can only be started once the temperature is constant providing the temperature is within limits. The systems contain multiple levels of protection (overvoltage/reverse connection, etc.), real-time measurement of contact impedance is handled through a four wire detection system. Also, sampling inspection can be performed within a 1-60S period depending on the required sampling depth. The software allows users to set up to 32 steps of programming with 256 programmed cycles, and automatically performs realistic grading of batteries in real time. In any instance, grading is based on either voltage or capacity, with the system generating data reports with automatically-generated data curves. The entire control feature allows for complete automated control of the program.
