Designed for rewinding PET, PP, and other adhesive materials.

Features:‌

. Central control system with ‌Mitsubishi PLC (Japan)‌ and ‌LED touchscreen‌ for tension, length, and customized parameter input.

.‌ Two-stage length setting‌ ensures precise rewinding. Upon reaching the preset length, ‌servo motor-controlled automatic dual-axis exchange‌ is activated.

. Finished roll rewinding method: ‌Single air-expanding shaft center rewinding‌ with ‌industrial edge-trimming blades‌ on both sides; waste material is separately rewound.

.‌ Cylinder-controlled pressing roller‌ with ‌adjustable pressure‌ stabilizes semi-finished products for smooth rewinding.

. Equipped with ‌non-stop automatic labeling mechanism‌ and ‌pneumatic automatic cutting function‌.

.‌ Automatic paper-end smoothing device‌ eliminates wrinkles or bubbles post-rewinding, ensuring smooth finished rolls.

.‌ Pneumatic automatic core loading‌ and ‌automatic ejection mechanism‌ ensure core stability, easy loading/unloading, and enhanced efficiency.

.‌ Auxiliary hydraulic lifting arm feeding system‌ simplifies and eases raw material loading operations.
