Loss-in-Weight Feeders, the accurate control of the extruder screw and Hau-Off, to ensure the extrusion products (thickness /weight per meter) is stable and reliable. The weight sensor under the weight loss hopper collects the weightlessness signal continuously, calculates the output of the extruder, and then controls the extruder screw speed to ensure that the actual output is consistent with the set output.The control of the Haul-off calculates the actual Haul-off speed through the Metric wheel. Compared with the set Haul-off speed, the Haul-off frequency converter is controlled to ensure that the setting value is consisent with the actual value, To ensure the thickness / weight per meter of the extruded product is the specification of the customer.

The Loss-in-Weight Feeder can control the extrusion and the Haul-off at the same fime, in order to control the extruded products quickly and steadily, and change the

product specifications in a minute. Accurate thicknes/ weight per meter control can save the material of 2%-3%.
