7.     Cuting positioning system: adopting Mitsubishi servo motors as the control; imported high-precision ball screw for size positioning and use oilinear sliding rail to hold the tool, rendering accurate an smooth positioning.

8.     Knife advance position system: knife advancement controlled with Mitsubishi servo motor; 3-speed knife advancement for cuting is possible  which promotes the efficiency and renders high quality.

9.     Automatic angle adjustment of circular knife;: Mitsubishi servo motors adopted for circular knife angle change that is diferent depending on the material type (angile adjustrmentrange ±8°), In case of poor  cuting plane, the cuting angle can be changed directly so as to reduce timesofknifechange and avoid trouble of manual angle adjustment, substantially promoting the production efficiency.

10.   8-shaftS automatic flipping and alternating slitting, 4-blades simultaneous slitting, higher efficiency (optional 6-shafts & 3-blades, 4-shafts & 2-blades, 4-Shafts & 4-blades, 2-shafts & 2-blades).
