Vertical plastic bottle baling machine is a kind of equipment used to compress and pack plastic bottles. It mainly compresses plastic bottles through hydraulic system to reduce their volume and facilitate transportation and storage.

Working principle of Pet Bottle Baler:

Compress the material with a hydraulic cylinder. When in work, the motor rotates to drive the oil pump to work, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is extracted and transmitted to each hydraulic oil cylinder through the hydraulic oil pipe, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder is driven to move longitudinally, so that the plastic bottle and other materials in the material box are compressed.

Structure composition of Bottle Baler:

It is mainly composed of a feed inlet, a pressure plate, a compression chamber, a rack, an operating console, an electrical system, a reversing solenoid valve, an oil pump, a motor, an oil tank, a main hydraulic cylinder, a guide rod, a door locking device, a bag discharging device, etc.

Characteristics of Plastic Bottle Baler:

1. Hydraulic drive: Overhead cylinder is adopted, without underground foundation, with pressure ranging from 10 tons to 80 tons and complete specifications.

2. Operation safety: It is equipped with anti-rebound barb, safety switch and opening safety interlock mechanism. Some models also have safety design such as door opening pressure plate can not be lowered, which can effectively avoid injury caused by wrong operation.

3. Widely used: In addition to plastic bottles, it is also suitable for the compression and packaging of light foam and loose materials such as waste paper, cotton, clothing, woven bags, etc.

4. Stable performance: The electrical control system adopts advanced electrical control components, which are easy to operate and durable. The hydraulic cylinder adopts imported seal rings, which are reliable and can prolong its service life.
